The Day
I'll be celebrating the digital and physical release of my FIRST ever book, Know Grow Flow - Cyclical Living Through Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
Drop in anytime during the day to pick up your copies and celebrate with us!

- It will be outdoors with a gazebo so come weather ready!
- You can come and collect your pre-ordered copies
- There will be a very limited number of copies to buy if you haven't pre-ordered
- Get your copy signed & receive a custom doodle in your copy by Laura
- I'll be hosting a circle for those who are interested towards the end of the day so that we can come together and share our menstrual experiences
