Calm: A Calming At Home Retreat Day

Morning to evening at timings of your own choosing! 

OR receive all recordings, content and package to explore at a later date

A calming, comforting day retreat to support us in the transition to autumn. 

Rich with cosiness and calm this day retreat is intended to create a bubble of relaxation in your body, mind and home.

This retreat day is open to members of Wild Woman Club with associated discount codes depending on your tier. Completely free for all top-tier Wilder Woman members. 

The day will start and end with an optional live session via Zoom but the rest is guided entirely by you. You will receive practices to partake in throughout the day, suggestions for activities and, if you wish, you can upgrade to receive a retreat pack to support your day. 

The retreat pack includes a tea blend infused with intent to support our day by Andrea of The Shire Apothecary.

A day retreat for the whole village so children and babies can be incorporated but if you are able to carve out pockets for yourself then of course that will help to facilitate our intention of calm.

This allows me to order in from our suppliers and post them out to you before our holiday in late September. 

Notes on recordings: 

The day will comprise two live sessions via Zoom - these will be recorded for playback if you aren't joining us live

The rest of the content will be sent via a link and can be watched / participated in at a later date 

All content will be made available indefinitely to Wilder Woman tier members via the Patreon platform
