Taking time to honour and celebrate these turning points of the wheel of the year is a way to deepen our connection to the rhythms of nature and of our bodies. 

Midwinter, Imbolc, Candlemas. A time of emergence. The days have been growing longer since Winter Solstice and we, like the spring ephemerals, await our moment to emerge out into the light. 

Join us to dive into rest, connection and sharing around the themes of preparing, emerging and growth. 

These Wild Woman Club Womxn's Circles are held at the seasonal junctures to honour and celebrate the rhythms of nature and of our bodies.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

Sharing, a carefully crafted playlist & a blend of sound and breath work, meditation, journaling, dance and yoga nidra depending on what comes up and what is needed. 

You are welcome to source some cacao for our circle should you wish to. I usually use either Cacao Mama or Forever Cacao.

Explorations of the Feminine are inherently inclusive and as such these circles are open to all who identify as womxn/women including trans, non-binary or any other expression or identification of femininity. These circles value diversity of expression, experience and perspectives. 

Open to all ages, life stages and cycle phases, including babies and young children (with adults).
