Taking time to honour and celebrate these turning points of the wheel of the year is a way to deepen our connection to the rhythms of nature and of our bodies. 

Spring Equinox, a day of equal light and dark, a welcome pause, a momentary experience of balance and the pause before action. 

A reminder of hope and possibility as the lengthening days bring increasing vitality, energy and optimism! 

A time to reflect on what has been and prepare what for lies ahead. An invitation to begin pouring your growth energy into the seeds of visions and dreams that have been quietly germinating beneath the surface. 

Join us to dive into replenishing, nourishing practices, rest, connection and sharing around the theme of Growth.

These Wild Woman Club Womxn's Circles are held at the seasonal junctures to honour and celebrate the rhythms of nature and of our bodies.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

Sharing, a carefully crafted playlist & a blend of sound and breath work, meditation, journaling, dance and yoga nidra depending on what comes up and what is needed. 

You are welcome to source some cacao for our circle should you wish to. I usually use either Cacao Mama or Forever Cacao.

Explorations of the Feminine are inherently inclusive and as such these circles are open to all who identify as womxn/women including trans, non-binary or any other expression or identification of femininity. These circles value diversity of expression, experience and perspectives.
