A seasonally-themed women's circle half-day retreat exploring deep rest, nervous system regulation and space for reflection and sharing. Expect a warm cosy room with tea and nourishing snacks and a down-to-earth, non-judgemental, beautifully misfit group of magical wild women to connect and share with should you feel to. Or create your cosy nest and turn inwards for the morning. This is your space and time to do with as you wish.

Each circle is unique and the flow of our time together is intuitive rather than structured. Bespoke and tailored to the dynamic of the group and what is unfolding for us in the moment. We may explore a blend of the following...
