An invitation to stay connected to the seasons and cycles of our bodies and nature through movement, rest and connection.

This womxn's yoga class fluctuates with the lunar phases offering an opportunity throughout the month to explore the restful, the dynamic and everything in between but know that you can always practice at the level and pace you feel each and every week.

If you have periods this class will offer cycle adaptions and each week we explore practices for the different seasons of the cycle but cyclical living isn't only the remit of people with periods so you totally don't have to have periods to join us :)

I will always offer more dynamic options when we're primarily resting and vice versa because we're all cyclical creatures and each and every day brings a different experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Arrivals from 17:45

Check in ~ our sessions begin with a little overview of our focus for the evening followed by a group check in (optional) 

Physical practice - a practice based Uma Dinsmore-Tuli's Well Woman Yoga Therapy practice. Rest and movement to support womxn's health through all ages, life stages and cycle phases.

Yoga Nidra ~ Our practice will end with a Yoga Nidra, a practice of deep rest through wakeful sleep that blends the benefits of deep sleep, deep meditation and deep relaxation into one effortless practice.

Explorations of the Feminine are inherently inclusive and as such these circles are open to all who identify as women including trans, non-binary or any other expression or identification of femininity. These circles value diversity of expression, experience and perspectives.

How to Attend:

~ Click ticket link, register and choose your ticket price 

~ Choose manual payment for bank transfer, bank details will be emailed to you automatically on booking or Paypal if you prefer

~ An email will be sent to you with all info you will need to attend the class

FREE to anyone who needs it via Suspended Yoga - choose the SY ticket option ♥

Name your price - If you're able to pay something towards the class choose a donation amount at checkout

Note: I usually offer donation based classes and free classes for key workers with a broad range of pricing options but as this class is now so limited in numbers the minimum donation is slightly higher than usual so please choose a Suspended Yoga ticket option if in need, no questions asked
