A reclamation of community in times of separation
I wanted us to have a space to come together during these uncertain times so for the month of November I will be offering weekly womxn's circles on Tuesday mornings.
We will always centre and arrive with some relaxation but some weeks we might share for the full hour, others we might want to move, meditate, do nidra, explore womxn's health practices or well woman yoga - this will be guided by the wants and needs of the group.

WHAT IS A WOMXN'S CIRCLE?
A womxn's circle is simple - it's a space where we can just be. A place to rest, breathe, connect, feel and move. A place where you are always welcome as you are. A place to be seen and heard in a world where womxn have been taught to be seen and not heard.
As we Retreat to the Moon Lodge, a tradition as old as time, something in us shifts and there is no doubting the tangible power of womxn in circle.
In a womxn's circle we can show up exactly as we are. In a world of predictability and restraint here we are reminded of our innate cyclical and feeling natures and are invited to explore a life lived at an intuitive pace.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
If you've never been to a womxn's circle before it's hard to put it into words but in essence it's a space for us to come together and share and connect. You can share whatever is on your heart, you can laugh, cry, vent or simply listen and take in the other womxn.
We may use the full hour to share, some weeks we may move, breathe, rest or meditate as per the wants and needs of the group.
Womxn's Circles & Trauma
There has been a surge of interest, information and offerings for trauma healing of late and in doing my own research I discovered many, many crossovers between trauma healing work and the work we do in womxn’s circles and on womxn’s retreats.

Explorations of the Feminine are inherently inclusive and as such these circles are open to all who identify as womxn including trans, non-binary or any other expression or identification of femininity. These circles value diversity of expression, experience and perspectives.
Open to all ages, life stages and cycle phases, including babies and young children (with adults).
I feel very strongly that this is something that all womxn should have access to, so these circles will always be by donation and donating is not a prerequisite for joining.

How to Attend:
~ Click ticket link, register and choose your donation based on your income/situation right now
~ Choose manual payment for bank transfer, bank details will be emailed to you automatically on booking or Paypal if you prefer
~ A Zoom link will be sent to you in the confirmation email you will simply need to download the software and sign in before the time of our call

~ Your space doesn't have to be quiet and without interruption because that's just not always possible, especially right now
~ But if you are able to carve out this time just for you that would be a real treat ♥
~ You might feel more comfortable sharing openly if you have privacy but it's not always possible right now
~ You might like to make sure everything's working at least 30 mins or so before the call so that there's time to troubleshoot - text me (not email/whatsaspp if any last minute troubles)
~ It might be nice to set up your space with your mat, blankets, cushions, eye cover, candles, smudge/incence, special items, cup of tea/hot choc/cacao/coffee to make this a comfy, cosy time just for you
~ Yoga mat or rug/blanket (some weeks we might move a little)
~ Something comfy to sit on
~ Blankets and comfy things if we do a relaxation practice
~ Fully charged laptop/device with audio and video capacity if possible
~ Hot drink / water
