An afternoon of rest, replenishment and connection through Well Woman Yoga techniques.
Well Woman Yoga is an invitation to surrender to the flow and be released from expectations of consistency, predictability and infinite resource. An invitation to explore freedom beyond form and feel empowered to practice in a way that is fluid and adaptable to the waxing and waning of our needs and natures.
The pace of modern life asks us to override and push through our experiences and this can lead to a multitude of health issues and hormone imbalances. Well Woman Yoga offers a way of practicing that is nourishing and supportive as well as tools and techniques to manage stress and hormonal health wherever you are in your life.
This workshop is a combination of therapeutic and enlivening practices including Well Woman Yoga practices, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), meditation, sound, self-enquiry and a sharing circle (always optional - you can share or simply soak in the words of others).
Open to all who feel the call, however Well Woman Yoga can be especially helpful for those experiencing stress, burnout and exhaustion, menstrual cycle problems, fertility challenges, post-natal emotional, physical or psychological changes, perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
All levels of yoga experience welcome – including total beginners.
