Yoga Nidra class (live online for Patrons only)  

My intention is to co-create a practice that helps supports us to feel a deep sense of well-being and relaxation.

In this group setting, we come together to call in what we need from our practice. After a brief introduction and check-in, I will craft a bespoke practice weaving together all of the aspects called forwards from the group.

Open to total beginners to meditation/yoga nidra & those more experienced. The adaptogenic nature of the practice will mean that benefits can be obtained regardless of experience.

Preparations: 

• You just need to be able to lie down undisturbed for 30 mins of practice (the other 15 mins are for opening and closing practice) 
• You can lie down in your bed, on the floor on a mat or rug, outside under the trees
• You can listen using headphones or out loud using a speaker or your laptop/phone speaker if it's loud enough
• Make sure to download Zoom and test it before the start of class if you haven't already
