Welcome to our virtual forest camp!
I'm so glad you've found your way to our space beneath the virtual trees!
I'm Carly (she/her) and I'm a yoga teacher, Menstrual Mentor, womxn's circle facilitator and writer
and I live for all things wild & cyclical!
Rewilding lies at the heart of everything I offer...
Taking down fences, reinstating what has been missing and letting nature take its course. Trusting in the unfolding natural processes beyond human management to bring nature back to equilibrium.
My mission in this life is...
To exploring taking down the fences of our domestication, reinstating those things that have been missing and then releasing control. Stepping into acceptance and surrender as we let nature take its course led by the wisdom of our intuitive bodies.
There is no such thing as a 'weed', everything has its place and its purpose.
Everything is guiding us back into equilibrium however 'messy' it might look along the way. Nature thrives when we release our grip and the same is true for ourselves. As humans release their control over the natural world it is able to grow wilder and heal. As we release our control over ourselves we, too, are able to grow wilder and heal.
Retreat to the moon lodge . Delve into the forest . Surrender to the flow

A little about me
I am a certified Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Pregnancy Yoga teacher with a deep love for nature and a particular interest in a Menstrual Cycle Awareness, natural movement, breaking taboos and a wild & cyclical approach to life and practice.
I offer in person and online yoga and yoga nidra classes, workshops, 1-1 menstrual mentoring sessions, womxn’s circles and nature based retreats and adventures.
I created my Patreon community, Wild Woman Club, as a way of gathering and empowering a community of wild womxn who share an interest in wild and cyclical living and as a platform through which to share exclusive content and resources.
I grew up all over but now live in a caravan full of cactuses in the English countryside with my husband Josh, a writer & silversmith.
I love sunrise and coffee, dancing and dogs, cactuses, music and birds and books. I’m happiest when I’m in nature and when I’m listening to people share their stories because that's where there medicine is.
I’m fascinated by identity and stories because they have the capacity to both entrap and emancipate and everyone deserves to live free. You can read mine here.
