Arrival time: Sunday 5th July 2-4pm tent pitching / 5pm orientation / 7:30pm dinner

Departure time: Friday 10th July 10:30am breakfast, check out by 2pm 

Exchange: £540 early bird until 6th Jan 2020 // £580 full price

Deposit: £100 non-refundable deposit to book space

If not paying the full amount upfront the final balance will be due by 10th May 2020

What is included: 

  • All yoga practices

  • Pitch for your tent and use of site facilities and land (showers/composting
    toilets/lake/forests/boats etc.) 

  • Wood and kindling for our evening fires 

  • 2 vegan/vegetarian meals per day at the Tipi Café (1 on arrival/departure day)

  • Ceremonial grade cacao during closing ceremony

  • Access to tea, coffee and snacks all day at the drinks station 

What is excluded:

  • Tent/camping equipment (some women are usually open to sharing/we can recommend good cheap options for less than £60) 

  • Stand Up paddle boarding session with Cornish Rock Tors (£40 pp / £36 if more than 10) 

  • Travel insurance 

  • Cost of travelling to the ocean for our excursion (not far/we can carpool) 

  • Any additional food/drinks you may want from the cafe 

  • Treatments with Cherry of Rhythmic Roots in the red tent (bookable on the day each day)

  • Morning yoga practices and late afternoon workshops 

  • Dynamic 'Fierce Free Flow' offered early morning for those who want to build some fire

  • The more gentle 'Wild Woman Wind Down' will follow for all who wish to partake 

  • Self enquiry 

  • Yoga nidra 

  • Daily women's circles 

  • Wild swimming, stand up paddle boarding, forest adventures, an ocean excursion adventure, canoeing, row boats and more! 

  • Red tent full of cosy, comfy cushions and blankets to retreat to at any time

  • Sound and energy healing treatments and Abdominal Massage with Cherry (extra cost, book when there) 

  • And of course plenty of downtime in nature for play, rest, reflection and integration

Open to women (all who identify as women) of all ages, life stages and cycle phases including those without a visible monthly cycle. Women are welcome to bring children and babies.
