Women’s Nature and Yoga Retreat

Embodying Cyclical Living & Wildness

Sunday 5th to Friday 10th July 2020

North Cornwall, UK

Imagine a day where you get to...

~ wake up to the sound of women and birds singing
~ share tea by the onsite wild swimming lake with an amazing group of wild women, perhaps even grab a morning dip
~ journal, meditate, practice yoga, roll around on the grass, be fed chocolate and dates and rest in yoga nidra
~ eat delicious, hearty, vegan food in a polytunnel tipi cafe
~ nap in the sun, learn to stand up paddle board, swim in the ocean, explore hidden coves on the beach, boat on a lake, read by the fire, nidra under the stars

If this sounds like your kind of day you don't have to imagine... click below to join us!

Moving away from the constraints of time and the pressures of daily life our days will be spent immersed in nature experiencing adaptive, nurturing and empowering yoga practices, resting deeply with yoga nidra, adventuring and exploring the forests, lakes and oceans and nourishing our bodies with wholesome food from the onsite polytunnel tipi café.

This retreat invites us to truly embody wild and cyclical living.

Women's experiences

'What you both created during the retreat was more than I could ever have wished for, it gave me the space and freedom to reconnect and remember who I was. I experienced glimpses into a world where I was free to be myself without judgement from myself and others, a world where all that I desired felt natural. These insights have been momentary but enough for me to know that this wild way of living is the only way for me to ever feel like I am ‘home’. It was fucking epic and I’m so so grateful to have found you both. Thank you for guiding me back to my path of honouring the feminine so that I can RISE!!!! Yeaaaaas!!!'
