Sunrise Yoga Studio
Sunrise is a beautiful converted barn based in the rural setting of Wakefield Courtyard in Potterspury. The space is nestled amongst a spa, beauty salon, cafe and art studio and surrounded by fields on all sides with access to a beautiful forest walk.
About Sunrise
Sunrise was brought into being by two dear friends of mine who had a vision to create a beautiful, welcoming yoga space that could offer affordable, accessible classes in this incredible rural setting with a strong emphasis on community.
At Sunrise you can come just for yoga but you can also come and hang out after class in the ARTea cafe, take an art course, walk in the forest, visit the beauty salon or spa.
And I am so very pleased that I get to share this amazing space with two incredible teachers and dear friends:

All classes £8 (45 min Yoga Nidra class is £6)
Book online and pay 50% online 50% to teacher on the day (card payments preferred, cash accepted)
*mats and props provided for free
