Saturday 11th February 10am-3:30pm
Set in 300 acres of idyllic countryside, Furtho Manor Farm provides the perfect setting for this day of restoration.
The intention of this day retreat is to offer a space and time for you to rest, reconnect and restore.
Across the day there will be movement practices, a nature walk, meditation, self-enquiry, wildcrafting and a sharing circle.
The wildcrafting session with Cherry will be to craft native herb cleansing sticks.
We will also enjoy unstructured space and time together to eat (self-catering packed lunch), drink tea and connect.
A day retreat for the whole village so children and babies are welcome for free as ever plus a grandma/helper to support you through the day.
