Hideaway Wood Farm

An intimate and nourishing women’s circle in a yurt set amongst 28 acres of rewilded land. Open to women of all ages, life stages and cycle phases.

We'll open our circle with some nature connection and earthing before heading into the yurt for some meditation, breathwork, natural movement and intuitive flow all to a carefully curated playlist to support our relaxation, release and movement. We'll explore rituals and reflections to support our transition to autumn before opening up our spare to share. Closing with a deep relaxation and a rewilding practice in the woods and stream. 

There will then be some informal time to relax, drink tea and connect over food in the Hideout if you have the time. Bring your own snacks/lunch.

A note on little ones: 

Babes in arms (free) and teens (paid) welcome in the yurt. If you have crawlers/creepers/toddlers/walkers and you want to join you are absolutely welcome to bring someone to help you look after them and they can wait for you at the Hideout or explore the woods and stream whilst you have time for you in the circle. They can come and get you if your little ones need you at any point.
