~ wake up to the sound of women and birds singing

~ share tea by the onsite wild swimming lake with an amazing group of wild women, perhaps even grab a morning dip

~ journal, meditate, practice yoga, roll around on the grass, be fed chocolate and dates and rest in yoga nidra

~ eat delicious, hearty, vegan food in a poly tunnel tipi cafe

~ nap in the sun, learn to stand up paddle board, swim in the ocean, explore hidden coves on the beach, boat on a lake, read by the fire, nidra under the stars

Moving away from the constraints of time and the pressures of daily life our days will be spent immersed in nature experiencing adaptive, nurturing and empowering yoga practices, resting deeply with yoga nidra, adventuring and exploring the forests, lakes and oceans and nourishing our bodies with wholesome food from the onsite poly tunnel tipi café.

This retreat invites us to truly embody wild and cyclical living.
