Attendance

 

• Booking is essential for track and trace and also to avoid needing to make contact when you arrive

• If you feel unwell in any way or have a new cough, high temperature, a loss of or change to sense of taste or smell or any COVID-19 symptoms please don't attend and let me know as soon as possible 

• If you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the last 7 days please don't attend the class and let me know as soon as possible

• I will follow the same guidance for teaching the class and will cancel if I feel unwell (flexible corona refund policy in place - see ticket info for cancellation policy)
   

Facilities

 

• If we are outdoors then there are no toilets on-site and therefore no hand washing facilities

• If we are indoors then there are toilets and hand washing facilities

• Please wash your hands before leaving, sanitise them on arrival and wash your hands when arriving back home

• I will not be providing any equipment, please bring your own mat and props

• There cannot be any borrowing or sharing of props, mats or anything else

• Please bring your own water, there is no drinking water available
   

Safety Measures

 

• Wearing masks is currently a personal choice but as we all fall into different risk categories and feel different ways about returning back into the world I would really like it if you could wear a mask for all indoors activities until you are on your socially distanced mat

• I will still be allowing space between mats  

• I will still not be offering any hands on adjustments or making any physical contact

• The indoors space is warm but well ventilated with french doors and lots of windows

• Arrivals through the front door which will be left open to minimise contact 

• All touch points will be cleaned before and after sessions 

• The bathrooms are cleaned regularly by Furtho Manor Farm, I will clean touch points before and after class
   

Flexible Refunds

 

• In these uncertain times I want to make sure you can feel secure in your investment in class 

• If I am unable to teach the class you will be refunded in full (not including Paypal fees, choose manual payment and pay by bank transfer to avoid fees) 

• If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 then you will be refunded in full

• Please try to provide as much notice as you can for refunds so that I can open up your space again
