Feel free to arrive 10 mins before class to settle in and catch up
When you join you'll be automatically go into the waiting room automatically and I'll let you in from there
Between classes if you're staying for both the yoga & the nidra you can stay on the same call for ease
For my weekly classes I use the same info each week to make it easier for us all

Each week I curate a playlist for our movement practices on Spotify - if you'd like to use it here's the link. It's always the same link and is updated at least a couple of hours before class each week.
To bring weekly:
Blanket (for padding up knees/to use in savasana at the end)
Anything you like to use to be warm, comfortable and supported in your practice ie. eye cover, block, bricks etc.
During the darker part of the year I like to start and end class slowly so props for restorative recommended if possible
Hot water bottle (for warmth optional)
For Waning & New Moon classes we explore restorative postures so bring pillows, blankets etc.
