Arrivals

  • Feel free to arrive 10 mins before class to settle in and catch up

  • When you join you'll be automatically go into the waiting room automatically and I'll let you in from there

Class transition

Between classes if you're staying for both the yoga & the nidra you can stay on the same call for ease

Playlist

Each week I curate a playlist for our movement practices on Spotify - if you'd like to use it here's the link. It's always the same link and is updated at least a couple of hours before class each week.

Props

To bring weekly:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket (for padding up knees/to use in savasana at the end)

  • Anything you like to use to be warm, comfortable and supported in your practice ie. eye cover, block, bricks etc.

  • During the darker part of the year I like to start and end class slowly so props for restorative recommended if possible

  • Hot water bottle (for warmth optional)

  • For Waning & New Moon classes we explore restorative postures so bring pillows, blankets etc.
